The house is divided into two separate units (apartments). Each unit has one bedroom with double bed and sofa bed for 2 children or one adult in the living room. Each apartment has one bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and other amenities. The heart of each unit lies in its fully equipped kitchen.
For those who relish outdoor cooking experiences, a barbecue area is thoughtfully provided, allowing guests to savor al fresco dining moments surrounded by the lush landscape.
House Melina also offers the convenience of private parking spaces, ensuring a hassle-free experience for guests arriving by car. The Pool can be heated in the off-season (April, May, June, September, October) at a request and the pool heating costs extra 100€ a week which is to be paid in cash directly to the owner.
