Renovated stone villa in Istrian style with private pool and whirlpool for 12 people

Unique, family stone villa with private pool, jacuzzi and immaculately landscaped courtyard. Villa Katarina is a very nice stone house with pool and hot tub for 10-12 people, decorated in traditional Istrian style with lots of modern details. The house was renovated in 2020 and surrounded by high stone walls. Guests are guaranteed privacy. The modern and functionally decorated interior will leave you breathless.
Villa Katarina consists of two separate units. Each unit has its own private entrance, so it is ideal for two families. The right part of the house consists of a kitchen and a dining room, with direct access to a covered terrace with an outdoor fireplace and a swimming pool. Upstairs are two bedrooms. In the left part of the house we find a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room. In the attic are two more double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The house is fully air-conditioned. The lighting of the pool and whirlpool during the night makes swimming a special experience. Guests additionally have at their disposal the 5th master bedroom with bathroom, a game's room with billiards, table football, and a gym. Additional facilities are located in the building opposite the house. There is also a possibility for arranging a private chef, who will prepare dinner in traditional style with local ingredients. The house cannot be rented for younger groups of people and parties.

Beautiful stone villa Katarina is located in a small village Selina, near the historic town of Sveti Lovrec. Only 3 km from the villa is the town of Sv. Lovreč where there is a pizzeria, restaurant, cafe, shop and post office. In just 15-20 minutes by car you reach the beaches, bays, parks and resorts of the western coast of Istria (Bale, Rovinj, Lim Fjord, Vrsar, Funtana Porec), but you also go to the historic, mysterious small towns of green central Istria (Tinjan Pazin, Kanfanar, Žminj, Dvigrad, Motovun). The area is full of marked bike paths that lead to nearby villages and historic towns (Kanfanar, Dvigrad, Tinjan, Kringa). The holiday home/villa exceeded our expectations. The stone villa and the outdoor areas are very well maintained, and the pictures from the internet are accurate. We were 9 adults with 2 children (2 families), and thanks to the well-thought-out layout (separate facilities), the house was perfect for us. The kitchens are well-equipped. The bathrooms are also well-maintained and new. The entire furniture is tasteful and in top condition. There is enough space for the whole family! We would gladly come back! Kerstin (Kerstin)

The house is so beautiful and we had an awesome stay!

We have nothing to complain about. The highlight is the whirlpool. Everything was clean and the two kitchens are well appointed.The communication with the owner went very well and you can buy great house wine, liquor and olive oil. The neighbor gifted us some melons, so we felt very welcomed. July, 2021 (Vera)
