We stayed in the villa with 4 adults and 3 children and had a wonderful holiday there. The villa itself is perfectly laid out - there are 3 en-suite bedrooms upstairs and another room downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped and everything else was available (broom, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, etc.). The house has been lovingly prepared and everything is in great condition. You can tell that the owners themselves live in it from time to time and value good quality. The outdoor area is very well maintained and the view from the terrace is wonderful. The pool was often checked and cleaned by the caretaker. The host had a really great time there and will definitely be back. (Madita)

Made the 2nd time in Šumber vacation. This time at Villa Terracotta. Last year at Villa cuzzera. Both houses built in the same style. They are also the same on the inside, except for the furnishings. We were 5 people and had a great 14 and holiday in the villa. For us it was perfect. We knew in advance where we were going on vacation, it's not near the center and not directly on the sea. We didn't care. Well maintained house, well maintained property. We had our peace. We drove the few kilometers to the sea every day. Booking through EUROTOURS was great. Also the information. Great house with pool. Contact person always available in case of problems (lighting pool/circulating pump failed, repair was carried out immediately-top!). Highly recommended. (Bernd)

Secluded villa - perfect for families

We stayed in the villa for a week with 2 families (4 adults and 3 children 6/4/1). The facilities are great with a pool, table tennis table, swing, trampoline, etc. The location is great for families, as it is about 10 minutes from the nearest town and is therefore pleasantly quiet in the area. In the evening you can sit nicely on the covered terrace and end the day. The only disadvantages/improvements are a little less crockery/glasses/cups and that the WLAN access is shared with the neighboring house. Basically not bad if the router was in your own house. Due to the distance (approx. 30m) the reception is sometimes very bad - especially if you rely on it with the WLAN Babycam. The three upper bedrooms each have their own bathroom with toilet, which is great. Basically also possible for younger groups, however, evening trips into the city are tied to a driver or taxis. As a shopping option I would definitely recommend the SPAR at the roundabout in Labin, all other supermarkets were rather disappointing. (Luis)

Tolles sauberes Haus mit Pool. Alles was benötigt wird ist vorhanden. Mit dem Auto einige sehr gute Lokale in der Umgebung zu erreichen. Wir haben täglich Ausflüge gemacht. Gerne kommen wir wieder. (Christian )

Villa Terracota in absolut perfektem Ferienhaus für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in Istrien. Möblierung hochwertig und funktional. Eigentlich fehlt nichts. Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Land und Leute auch sehr freundlich. Parkplatz direkt am Haus.Pool auch super. August 2019 (Claudia aus DEU )
