Das Haus, der Garten, der Pool und all Einrichtungen waren wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten einen genialen Urlaub. Unsere Kinder hatten mega viel Platz und viel Spaß.
Besonderer Pluspunkt waren die vielen Außensitzplätze auf dem Gelände und die Ausstatung an Geschirr für alle Bewohner.
What an amazing villa we were lucky enough to find. A perfect base for us to explore the endless beauty of Istria and return to and enjoy our family time together.
Communication was great, instructions clear, easy to find, housekeeper is lovely and spoke excellent English (and listened to me attempt to speak Croatian haha).
The villa itself blew us away, south facing garden (sunshine all day!) with a beautiful garden, trampoline + playpark and large private pool. Lots of attention to detail - excellent facilities with top specification appliances. Aircon throughout, BBQ, smart TVs, super fast wifi.. the list goes on.
There is also some playing fields located behind the villa for football/badmington/volleyball/table tennis
A car is recommended as the villa is located in a peaceful village away from public transport - but this is perfect if you want peace & quiet. Taxis are available to arrange.

Apartan ORI je na vybornom mieste, blizko obchody, autobusova zastavka, plaz. Do centra mesta pesi 30 m inut. Cisty a utulny priestor. Mily ubytovatel. vsetko potrebne nam vysvetlil. Boli sme v apartmane 5 dospelych ludi. K dispozicii terasa. Cena priatelna vybaveniu. Pohodlne postele. Odporucam.
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Villa.
Unser Gastgeber war mega freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wirklich willkommen gefühlt.
Unsere Kids und wir haben den Pool und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen.
Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet worden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber, so dass wir uns wir zuhause gefühlt haben.
Zum Stand war es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Dort waren kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
We stayed here for five nights, as a family of five. The home is in a peaceful village just ten minutes away from the beautiful Rovinj, and very close to a lot of beautiful beaches. Brilliant location near to supermarkets, restaurants, just the right spot for people travelling with kids. Not too touristy. The flat is modern, comfortable, and the host is local and readily available to help. She brought over treats and gifts for the children, fresh towels, and even hung all our washing out to dry! She also sent us details of events happening around the area during our stay. It is important to have a car if you are staying here. A very relaxing holiday, the kids loved the pool and enjoyed the local wildlife, lizards! Would highly recommend.
Wir waren für unseren Familienurlaub mit Hund in dieser Unterkunft.
Die Unterkunft hat alle Annehmlichkieten die man sich wünscht, schön dekoriert. Eine Klima anlage in alles Räumne, einzig das miserable Internet hat beim planen der Ausflüge bzw. bei der Abendlichen Beschäftigung etwas gestört.
This apartment was perfect. You have everything you need. Even a washing machine and a dishwasher. It was very clean an quiet. The staff was very friendly.
