The accommodation is good, although we were in one of the smallest apartments the building offers, it is excellent. It has everything you need and most importantly it is spotlessly clean. The host is very caring and takes care of everything.
Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder jeweils 14 und 21 Jahre alt. Die Bilder und die Realität stimmen überein. Uns hat besonders der tolle Pool das großzügige Grundstück und die Abgeschiedenheit gefallen. Leider wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes auf dem Nachbargrundstück gebaut. Unsere Information darüber beim Reiseveranstalter wurden ernstgenommen und bemühte sich um Abhilfe. Ein Schlafzimmer hatte einen eigenartigen Geruch was den positiven Eindruck schmälerte. Ansonsten ist es ein sehr tolles Anwesen was liebevoll eingerichtet ist,viel Platz bietet und weg vom Trubel ist. Zur besseren Reinhaltung des Hauses wäre ein Staubsauger sehr hilfreich.
Haus ist im gesamten sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll. Pool und Außenanlagen sind sehr großzügig angelegt. Sehr ruhige Lage, gute Anbindung zu den umliegenden Centren oder Stränden. Hausverwaltung ist sehr freundlich, fürsorglich und hilfsbereit, ebenfalls die Eigentümer. Einem erholsamen Urlaub mit allem Komfort steht nichts im Weg.
The house and its surrounding is very nice. Swimming pool is big with few sun beds and additional space to relax in the shadow. House itslef is well designed for the rent with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The village is small and peacefull. Driving to the closest city takes only 10 minutes. The hosts were very friendly as well. We've enjoyed the stay.
Wir waren zwei Wochen mit Hund in diesem hübschen Haus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Besitzer sind supernett und waren immer ansprechbar, wir haben viele lokale Tipps bekommen (Sehenswürdigkeiten, Essen, Strände). Es war alles da und sehr sauber, der Pool wurde mehrmals gereinigt. Man braucht ein Auto, um Unternehmungen bzw. Einkäufe zu erledigen. Dafür liegt das Haus sehr schön oberhalb des kleinen Ortes Trget. Trotz Hochsommer war hier von Massentourismus nichts zu spüren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
This accommodation was 5*, very modern, high quality from furniture to fixture & fittings. The attention to detail & cleanliness was exquisite. Lovely hosts very welcoming with delicious homemade cakes & pizza throughout our stay. We stayed in apartment 1 2x double rooms, air con in every room which wasn’t needed most of the time as the apartment was cool as it was ground floor (even in 35degree heat). Location is great but a car needed close to beaches & shops. Great base to visit as close to Slovenia & Italy. We would definitely stay again nicest place we have stayed in on numerous holidays throughout Croatia.
This villa is incredible! It is very modern, spacious, highly finished and filled with lots of useful amenities.
It is around 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket and around a 20 minute walk into Rovinj town centre.
The bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of storage!
The outside area is amazing! A good sized pool in peaceful surroundings allowing you to relax in the privacy of your own villa.
The hosts were very welcoming and were always available to contact if you need anything.
I had such high expectations when I booked this villa after seeing the stunning photos online and it definitely lived up to expectation!
I would highly recommend this villa and would be glad to stay there again!
