Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Selina is a peaceful Istrian village located in the green hinterland between Poreč and Rovinj. Known for its authentic rural atmosphere, it is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and gentle hills that provide complete peace, but also an excellent starting point for discovering the west coast of Istria. Thanks to excellent transport connections, Selina is located only 20 minutes drive from Poreč and approximately 25 minutes from Rovinj, which allows quick and easy access to the beaches, cultural attractions and top gastronomic addresses of these two coastal towns.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY / STRICT). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
