Family Villa with private pool and sea view for 12 people

The spacious Villa Nea Leona offers you a pleasant holiday just 100 meters from the nearest beach. The villa consists of three floors that cover over 180 square meters and can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. Each floor consists of one apartment, which is ideal for a relaxing stay with family and friends who offer them privacy at the same time. Each apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Each apartment has a private balcony with a seating area and sea views. Guests have a private tavern with barbecue facilities, a kitchen and a seating area, and a private pool with sun loungers. There is also a garage for 4 cars. The owners live on the ground floor but have a separate entrance and have no contact with guests during their stay. Guests can use a boat mooring in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home. Since the house is located in a densely populated area, booking is not allowed for younger groups of people who want to party. Pets are not allowed. We recommend this beautiful oasis of peace for a relaxing family vacation.

Okrug is located on the west side of the island of Ciovo, in Croatia. It is divided into Okrug Gornji and Okrug Donji, two traditional Dalmatian places. It is the center of the Dalmatian micro-region in terms of its geographical position. It has a mild Mediterranean climate, dense subtropical and Mediterranean vegetation, an archipelago of small islands, bays and beaches. The island of Ciovo is an ideal place for families with children, because of its quiet, clean, pebble beaches, but also for young people, eager for nightlife on the beaches with beach bars, good music and fun on the beaches. Great accommodation with very nice hosts

The accommodation was as described. Everything was very clean and the devices worked. The pool area was equipped with everything you need on a sunny day (plenty of loungers with pads, umbrellas, shower for rinsing off...). The pool was pleasantly warm. The landlords were very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. We (3 families with children) felt very comfortable. Conclusion: We would recommend this accommodation 100%.
