Three-bedroom holiday house with a sea view, shared pool and garden

Viva Holiday House is a cozy and nicely furnished house with a sea view. It consists of a kitchen equippd with all necessary kitchen utensils and appliances (oven, microwave oven, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, fan / extractor, toaster, water kettle), connected to a dining area and an air-conditioned living room with a seating area and satellite TV. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms with double bed, two bathrooms with shower, a washing machine and a covered terrace with outdoor furniture. In the basement there is a separate studio apartment with two separate beds that can be made into a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen. This studio apartment is only accessible via a separate entrance from the outside of the building. The guests can use a shared pool and garden during their stay. WiFi and parking are also on the guests disposal. The apartment is ideal for a relaxing and comfortable vacation with family or friends. In the area, there are many marked cycle paths, historical and picturesque cities like Višnjan, Tar, Porec and Motovun, which offer many irresistible offers. In only 10 minutes by car you can reach the most beautiful beaches, where you can enjoy in a relaxed atmosphere and spend an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones.

Perfect vacation rental!!!

We spent a great week here with 3 children. The apartment/house is perfectly equipped (from spices to cleaning products, to candles, ... absolutely everything is there!), very spacious, lots of space. The apartment and the entire facility was very clean and well maintained, the pool was great and we sometimes had it just to ourselves (morning or evening), the covered terrace was nice, and the view was very nice. Kastelir is a small place (about 15 minutes to the sea by car), 3 restaurants (konoba Integra is highly recommended), if you are looking for peace and quiet in the evening, this is the place for you. All in all, we can recommend the accommodation!

The house is in a very nice location and is very well equipped (there were also plenty of parking spaces available in the immediate vicinity, the shared pool was large and clean), we didn't miss anything. Communication was always quick and friendly. The problems caused by the previous tenants were then resolved relatively quickly, there was only a small delay at check-in. (Jessica)
