The house is highly recommended and has good air conditioning. Only the WiFi is a little shaky. The house is well equipped and absolutely clean. The pool is cleaned daily. The garden also has a cold/warm water shower, a very good barbecue area and a nice dining area or space for the evening family stay in the garden.
The location is great for families who value rest and relaxation. Away from the hustle and bustle of tourists, you will find peace and relaxation here. Conversely, this also means that you need a car to get to know Istria. In the immediate vicinity there is a shop and a pizzeria. The pizzeria is absolutely great. You should definitely stop here and enjoy the ambience inside, especially in the garden.
The hostess of the holiday accommodation, Marinela, gives a warm welcome and is always available for questions, requests and "complaints". The service concept is very important.

The house is so lovingly furnished that you hardly notice that you are renting there. The loud barking of many dogs takes some getting used to - even at night.
The house was very clean and after a week there are fresh sheets and towels. Dishes are also sufficient (possibly more knives would be good), so that the machine does not have to run half full every day.
Dear neighbors. Everything is very quiet and a car is definitely required. What might be good for the future is an awning. Around noon it is quite hot and almost unbearable on the terrace. The umbrellas don't cover everything that well either.
Thanks to Marinela for the great time and we'd love to come back.

We stayed in this wonderful holiday home for 10 days. It is exactly as described and nothing is missing. The communication was very good. The hospitality was great. I can only recommend the house. Since we had our own pool, it wasn't important to us to be right by the sea, but it is a 20-minute drive there. September 2020 (Jasmin)

We rented the house with 2 spouses and a dog. The apartment is on two floors, so we each had our own area. Everything was very tastefully decorated. There was nothing missing. In addition, everything was super clean. We haven't found it anywhere like this. Many thanks again to Marinela, who always spoiled us with a nice little something every day, such as: B.
