A beautiful Villa Petra is a dalmatian stone house with a large terrace, a pool and a spacious garden. It can accommodate up to ten persons. It consists of 2 stone houses connected by a large terrace. On the terrace there is a big pool, a fully equipped open summer kitchen with modern appliances and a fireplace that can be used as BBQ grill, a seating and dining area, and additional bathroom with a shower.
The first house has a bedroom with double bed, a living room with a fireplace, a fully enquiped modern kitchen with kitchen utensils and contemporary cooking appliances. The second house has two floors, on the ground floor there is a rustical living room with a well enquiped kitchen. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a private bathroom. In each of the living rooms, there is a sofa that can serve as an additional double bed for two people.
Pets are welcome for a fee. Private parking place is at your disposal.

Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Best accomodation we ever had

We (2 families) spent a very nice week at Villa Petra. It was the best accomodation we ever had. Super pool, super outside kitchen, very good domestic equipments, very nice rooms, nothing is missing. On our arrival we were warmely welcomed by the owners, with regional snacks. During our stay we received vegetables from the garden. Everything was perfect. Not far away there is a little shop were you can buy bred, fruits, cheese and sausage for breakfast. Zadar is a nice old town with its unique sea organ. Nice places to visit like Krka National Park, Sibenik, Primosten etc. (Uta from Wehr)

Nice ambiance

Great house with a nice layout. Next door is an unfinished new building that looks a bit unattractive from the perspective. The property also includes a spacious meadow with a playground for the children, but you have to share it with the chickens that live there and you often step into chicken manure. The neighbors probably belong to the family, are very nice and friendly and you get delicious tomatoes, eggs and oil from them. We were with 6 people in the Ville Petra and had a wonderful 14 days vacation. The villa is located outside of Zadar in a very quiet area. The Ville Petra is perfect as there are two houses. The best is the summer kitchen. The pool is big enough for 6 people at a time. We can only recommend Villa Petra and will come again. Also the owner is very nice. (Hans- Jürgen )
