The host was very friendly and communication was easy with WhatsApp. The red building in the picture is a direct neighbor. We had no problem with that. They didn't complain about our music. It would be really cool if there was an external cooler. We booked the villa again. July 2023. (Rebecca)

Perfect house for the holiday.

There were nine of us as friends in this great house. The communication with the owners was excellent, they were very friendly and accommodating, gave tips for bars/restaurants and beaches, and more, the check-in was quick and problem-free. The house was very clean and everything you needed was there. The air conditioning works well. The outdoor area is subject to tolls. Beautiful pool, there are 6 loungers and 2 large parasols at the pool. The outdoor kitchen is great. The outdoor seating area is covered, but this roof can be opened electrically. The location is very quiet. It is a 15-minute drive to Porec. There is a mini market 2 minutes away for the most essential items. All in all, a great house that we can only recommend. July 2022.
