Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit privatem Pool, mitten im Ort, trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen einen entspannten und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war excellent! Klar Empfehlung für Urlauber die etwas Abseits vom Trubel etwas Ruhe genießen möchten. Im Ort selbst gibt es zwei kleine Supermärkte ( ca. 100m bzw. 500m) und eine kleine Bar, im Prinzip also alles was man so braucht. August, 2026. (Daniel)
