Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Villa Coriticum is situated in the small village of Kringa, located above the Lim Fjord. For centuries shrouded in secrets and legends about vampires and it is therefore all the more frequent destination of tourists. It is well known for the hiking trails of the stone walls, which are the trademark of the place. Near Kringa is Tinjan, the center of the municipality and the Istrian prosciutto. Kringa is an ideal location close to all major sites in Istria, 20 min drive you need to get to the Adriatic blue.
