Beautiful villa Evita is located in Kukci near the town of Porec (only a 5-minute drive) and can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa is a completely enclosed, modernly equipped vacation home (semi-detached house) with a pool.
The elegant and modern villa Evita has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. When you enter the villa, you will find the following rooms on the ground floor: two bedrooms with double beds (one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom), a living room with a dining area overlooking the pool, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet. On the upper floor are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Here is also a living room with SAT-TV, a seating set, and a large glass wall with exit to the spacious terrace overlooking the lovely pool.
You can enjoy swimming in the private pool at any time. If you like to prepare your meals outside, there is a wood BBQ at your disposal along with the shaded dining area.
Youth groups under age 26 are allowed only with prior arrangement with the agency.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 60 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 60 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 59 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY41, STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
