Beautiful new villa with plenty of privacy!

The villa is stunning, and the pictures don't overpromise; it's even more beautiful in person.
Very spacious with three fantastic bedrooms, each with comfortable mattresses and lovely bathrooms with direct access from the rooms.
The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped, even including an espresso machine with beans and an ice maker.
There's also an outdoor kitchen with a sink, gas grill, and an additional induction cooktop.
The open terrace provides welcome shade for dining and relaxing on the outdoor sofa.
We had fantastic weather in May, and the beautiful pool, just for us, was already a balmy 28°C.
The view is breathtaking, overlooking the expansive greenery of the huge, fenced property, beautiful olive trees, and mature trees. You have no unwanted views from neighbors and can enjoy the tranquility of nature.
The owners were present for the handover; they are incredibly friendly, and we even received groceries and fruit for our first breakfast as our first guests.
... You'll need a car for shopping and dining out; it's 5 minutes to Bale and a good 15 minutes to Rovinj. (Martin)

One of the best Villa's I have stayed in, in Croatia

We had a fantastic stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
The accommodation was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the little touches really made a difference.
The location was ideal for us as we had hired a car for the week, easy access to local attractions and amenities, while still feeling peaceful and private. Communication with the host was excellent throughout — they were responsive, helpful, and made check-in and check-out very straightforward.
Overall, we had a really enjoyable experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
Klaudia and her husband Damir who own this fabulous property were so kind and helpful, they even came to see us before we left for the airport and presented us with a few gifts as mementos of our holiday. June, 2026. (Deborah)
