Spacious apartment near the beach with a beautiful view of the sea in Mali Maj

Apartment Punta V is located in a peaceful northern part of Poreč called Mali Maj. It is situated on the first floor of this apartment house and it can accommodate six persons.
This lovely apartment consists of two bedrooms - one double bed bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds, a main living area and a big bathroom with a bathtub. In the main living area, you can find fully equipped contemporary kitchen with all the necessary cooking appliances and kitchen utensils. On the other side of a room, there's a cosy living area with a couch and a TV. In the middle, there's a dining area and a stone fireplace. Main area is air-conditioned.
Outside, there's a spacious private balcony with a seating garniture and a sea view. The most famous Poreč beach Materada is only 750m away. Private parking is at your disposal. Pets are allowed for a fee.

Apartment house Berkovic is located in village Mali Maj. Mali Maj is the northernmost part of the town of Poreč, which is marked by a series of private houses. It is located 2,5 km from the downtown and 5 minutes by foot from the closest beach. Next to the area of Mali Maj there is an area called Špadići which consists of a shops and several hotels, restaurants, pizzerias, cafes and sports facilities. The area of Špadići is also well connected to the Poreč city center with a tourist train that runs the famous town promenade Pical. Poreč is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches.

Beautiful apartment with sea views and large terrace

Overall we were happy with the apartment. The apartment is very spacious, has a very good large terrace with sea views. Two balconies. Grill outside. Parking space on the property. Nice environment. You can walk to the beach. With children about 20 minutes. Shopping center about 3 km away. What we personally were missing A washing machine, dishwasher, oven, there weren't enough dishes and cutlery available. Coffee machine was calcified. Had to descale it first. It would also be nice to have a vacuum cleaner or at least a broom. A baby bed and baby chair would also be good. Price was okay, would like to come again. There were seven of us in the apartment and we had enough space. (Natalie )

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und angenehm geschnitten. Die Lage ist gut, wenn es auch 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand sind. Besonders gut ist die Terrasse. Ein angenehmes Klima durch die Lage im ersten Stock und sehr viel Platz. Der einzige Nachteil der Wohnung ist die schlechte Ausstattung der Küche. Dies wäre vom Vermieter leicht zu beheben. Es fehlt eine Teekanne, eine Salatschüssel für mehr als zwei Personen, Brotmesser,... . Auch ein zusätzliches Handtuch für die Toiletten wäre schön. Ansonsten toll. Würde ich wieder buchen.
