We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house! The garden is a real highlight – completely private, no one can see in, simply perfect for relaxing. The pool was fantastic, everything was spotlessly clean, and the furnishings were truly high-quality. You can tell that a lot of love and care went into decorating it. The owner was incredibly welcoming and always made sure we had everything we needed. The location is ideal – right in the heart of Istria, so you can reach many beautiful places in about 30 minutes. There are great restaurants nearby with delicious food at fair prices. A small supermarket is just around the corner. (Linda)

The house and garden with terrace and pool area are very spacious, and everything is in excellent condition. The apartment is tastefully, stylishly, and functionally furnished. The area is very quiet, allowing you to enjoy the pool and sun loungers undisturbed. The pool is cleaned regularly, and the water is crystal clear. We especially loved the large, covered, and shaded terrace. Communication with the owner is pleasant; she responds promptly and without any fuss. (Michael)

A beautiful house in a quiet place in the center of Istria. Simple registration, entry via pin. Well-equipped kitchen, wonderful terrace and pool. Each room has air conditioning. We did not find a single complaint. (Gabrijela )

We were privileged to be the first guests to stay in this completely refurbished property and what an absolutely delightful experience it was. It’s not the fact that its beautifully appointed, or that the interior, like the exterior is first class in every aspect, it’s that the little added touches make it feel like your own property and not just a holiday rental. It is located in a peaceful hamlet approximately thirty minutes drive from all the main coastal towns (Porec, Rovinj, etc) but within walking distance of restaurants and a mere 150 metres from a small supermarket. Not that you would know that it is there because the village is so quiet and peaceful. The Villa has everything you would need ;is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The pool and outdoor eating area is fabulous! Parking is right outside and the area seems really safe. The owner was very attentive and her parents live in the village (they even left us home grown vegetables from their garden!). This is a great holiday villa and is amazing value for money. The only negative point was that we had to leave!! Would highly recommend and have already passed on Iva (the owner) details to our friends. Thank you for a wonderful experience. July , 2025.
