Villa Rosini

This authentic Istrian stone house is located in the village of Rosini, 6 km from Poreč, and only 3 km from the sea. The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century and was completely renovated in authentic Istrian style. This house represents one of the most successful examples of the restoration of an Istrian house, and it offers its guests an exceptional level of comfort combined with the unique atmosphere of a stone house over 100 years old.
Located on its own land of 300 m2, with a beautiful lawn and centuries-old olive trees, Villa Rosini offers its guests a swimming pool, a spacious terrace, a barbecue with a stove and parking for two cars.
The villa is for 8 people with a total of 150 m2. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room/living room with a table for 10 people and an open fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player, shower/toilet. On the first and second floor there are a total of 4 double rooms, each with its own shower/toilet, satellite TV and mini bar, one of which has access to a spacious terrace overlooking the pool. NOTICE: Guests can use free entrance to the Lanterna tourist resort during their stay.
