I was there with my family and we all really enjoyed it. All rooms were very clean and well equipped. If something should have happened, I was able to notify the landlord and he answered in a short time. Within less than half an hour we were able to visit many beautiful cities on the water by car. I can warmly recommend this villa and guarantee everyone there a great holiday in Croatia. July 2019. (Jonnas aus DEU)

Both the house itself and the service surprised us all more than positively.

Yes, the pictures are beautiful, but shortly after we arrived we all stood there with open mouths because the impression on site was a lot nicer. Nothing is missing. Ivan, the landlord of the house tries very hard and reacts immediately if something is missing or broken (we got a new table tennis table within two days)... We were there as a group (4 couples +1 child +1 dog) and it worked nothing was missing. The pool is large and clean, entertainment is provided (billiards, table tennis + Co). The best (for dog owners): The villa is completely fenced! Only the location makes it absolutely necessary to have a car available (central in Istria, almost every beach about 30 minutes drive). We were asked several times via WhatsApp if we needed anything and if everything was ok.
According to the description, ten bicycles were available, but there were only eight on site. Didn't need the bikes and didn't ask if they could still be found somewhere. July 2019 (Robert aus DEU)

Great villa, ideal and quiet location

We felt completely comfortable. The location is great, you can reach all important places in 30 minutes. Everything was very clean and Ivan took care of everything immediately. We found the bikes on site great, but they would have to be serviced from time to time (the brakes sometimes work poorly). Sauna, whirlpool, billiards, everything was great, our time was actually too short to be able to use everything. The outdoor area is ideal for social gatherings or for dreaming.
