The villa has two spacious bedrooms with double beds and each of them has a private bathroom, fully equipped, and a modern kitchen and dining room that connects to the spacious living room. From the living room, there is an exit to the terrace with garden furniture, which overlooks the wonderful swimming pool of 41 m2. The pool is heated so that you can enjoy it even after hot summer days. The parking lot is in front of the house, and a volleyball and mini-football court is available.

This beautiful villa is located in the small village of Hrboki, on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula. Pula, the largest city of Istria, only 20 kilometers away from the villa, is world-famous for its stunning arena, an ancient amphitheater that was built during the 1st century, when the Roman emperor Vespanius ruled this part of the world. In addition to cultural and historical beauty, Istria offers a unique gastronomic experience, known in this part of Europe. Homemade Istrian prosciutto, wine, Istrian pasta (fuži) are just some of the many delicious gastronomic delights that Istria can offer for a true experience of Mediterranean home cooking.
