Each floor has sleeping bedrooms, kitchen and spacious living room. The house has 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), 2 kitchens that are fully equipped and connected to the living rooms, and 2 bathrooms. The house has air conditioning, satellite TV, sheets and towels. Indoor fireplace gives the place a special atmosphere. The house has a courtyard covered with grass surface, ideal for adults to chill on a summer breeze and for children to play. Garage parking is located in front of the house. The pool (24mq) is located on a fenced garden that extends through 450 sqm natural surface. Pets are allowed. There are only 17 km from Poreč and the closest beaches as Zelena and Plava Laguna. Poreč is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches. East of Tinjan there is Pazin, the main administrative center of the Region of Istria, known for its medieval castle Kaštel, the National Archive and Zarečki krov-known also as Pazin's swimming
