Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Surroundings

Near the town of Pazin, in the interior of Istria is the town with the picturesque name - Sveti Petar u Sumi (St.Peter in the woods). This place is located 12km from Pazin and 25km from Porec and the sea. It is surrounded by green hills, which are very typical for the gentle Istrian landscape and the surrounding valleys. There are cycle paths and marked trails for walkers and mountain walkers. Nearby there is a riding center with beautiful horses. Only 10 minutes by car are Pazin and its famous cave. Sv. Peter is a picturesque example of a place with a rich past with its Benedictine monastery from the early Renaissance period and its harmonious baroque buildings. But it does not only offer cultural facilities, but it also has an excellent gastronomic offer, in the surrounding country farms, where you can taste the traditional Istrian cuisine and the wine of the Istrian vineyards.

Wir denken gern an unseren Sommerurlaub bei Ihnen zurück. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einem toll eingerichteten Haus. Das Haus ist super modern, sauber, super ausgestattet und privat (Privatsphäre). Die Lage war wirklich ruhig - so wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Unser Auto stand sicher unter einem Carport auf dem umzäunten/abgeschlossenen Gelände in Sichtweite. Der Pool hat uns viel Freude bereitet und die Nähe zur Terrasse war perfekt. Zum Frühstücken konnte man die Terrasse gut nutzen und wenn die Sonne dreht, gibt es einen zweiten Aussensitzbereich. Wir hatten 4 Liegen nebst Sonnenschirm und mehr als ausreichend Hand-/Badetücher. Die Restaurantempfehlung von Lenka war spitze! Ein kleiner Markt (Studenac) ist einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt und größere Ziele kann man kurzfristig mit dem Auto erreichen. Wir möchten uns bei den Vermietern ganz herzlich für den unvergesslichen Urlaub, den netten Kontakt, den leckeren Kaffee und Wein bedanken. July 2024! (Manja)

We really enjoyed our stay in the new modern villa. The villa was very well equipped and is located in the center of Istria. Large supermarkets were easy and quick to reach by car (15-20 minutes) and little things could be bought in the small supermarket around the corner. The landlords were very friendly and helpful.
