The guests also have a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and private parking at their disposal. The house is surrounded by a beautiful shared green garden and the guests can spend their time relaxing by the shared swimming pool with sun beds. The apartment house is located in Rovinjsko selo, only a 7-minute drive to the famous tourist destination Rovinj. The nearest beach is only a 7-minute drive from the apartment.

Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The pool was clean and we all enjoyed it. Private parking on location very handy. Great garden and great taste in the apartment. Location off town (some 5 min. to Rovinj) but not a problem with a car. Actually location was ideal for quite relaxing when home. Marica is an excellent host and gave us great tips for swimming and eating! Will definetely come again! (Marcel from NL)

Quiet vacation home

The two-room apartment with a small shower room and a modern, new kitchen is on the ground floor, surrounded by a beautiful, well-tended garden with fig trees and vines, from which you could nibble. The equipment of the apartment corresponds to the description, only the toaster was missing, but there was an oven and a freezer. There was plenty of storage space and we loved the walk-in closet. Everything was very clean and newly renovated with colored walls. The pool lacks a boarding aid/railing as the steps are relatively high. This is a problem for the elderly or those with restricted mobility. The landlady was very nice and gave us a wonderful boat trip, for example. We felt very comfortable and had a great time at the pool, at the Porton Biondi Beach with a view of the old town of Rovinj (free parking, beach bar and mobile toilets) and with numerous excursions to Bale, Medulin and Porec, for example.
