When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Makarska is one of best known and most popular destination on the cost of Croatia. It owes its popularity to the unique combination of nature rich environment of Biokovo mountain, delightful pebble beaches and lavish pine forests stretching from inland to the shores. The first known local settlement called Inariona dates back to the 4th century AD. In the official records of the Roman Empire, dating to the year 533 AD there is a mention of the town Mucurum – a newly founded bishopric. One can get a grasp of Makarska’s rich history by visiting the Franciscan monastery, city museum and churches of St. Mark, St. Peter and St. Philip. The Malacological museum is also one of the obligatory points visiting sites, offering a unique display of clams, mollusks and fossil invertebrates. Makarska is well known for its vibrant night life with many clubs, beach bars and dance halls for party people to choose from. During the summer, there is a host of cultural events such as exhibits, theater plays and concerts, folklore performances and Fishermen summer festivals. For people with adventurous spirits there are many activities to engage in Makarska such as wind surfing, kiting, paragliding, jet-skiing, big game fishing and rafting.
