When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Small and cozy. Perfect for our Istria 300, even with a garden hose to clean the bikes. A little sea view and a small garden are great. Very clean and modern. The smart TV had everything you could want. The open kitchen-living room fits very well in a small apartment. Very modern and stylishly furnished. Washing machine and dishwasher with the appropriate tablets available. A few basics were available such as salt, pepper, baking paper, cling film and aluminium foil. (moritz)

Small, newly built house, very functional and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is an outdoor barbecue with a covered terrace. Nice hosts. 2 Mountain bikes were available for free. Beach within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Convenient for excursions in the area. Would love to stay again. (bernd)

Everything was nice and clean just like in the description. The location is perfect - 15 minutes walk to the beach and also close to the city centre. Parking space is provided outside the apartment so you don’t need to worry if coming by car. july 2024. (Julia)
