Located directly on the sea near the city of Dubrovnik, Villa Sun Gardens with its private infinity pool makes the perfect place for families or friends traveling together. It consists of four queen size rooms and one double living room with seating area, smart TV, satellite and Pay-TV. Furthermore, there is a dining area connected to the kitchen which is equipped with a freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, coffee and tea utensils, and a toaster. It has 4 bathrooms equipped with a shower, luxury toiletries, a hairdryer and towels. Each floor has a separate entrance and the house is fully air conditioned. From the outside, guests can use the private terrace (terrace) with a seating area and a furnished living room, direct access to the sea and a summer kitchen in the style of an open-air tavern. Guests have at their disposal a number of sports facilities located in the Sports Center of the Resort. Holidays at the Sun Gardens Resort unite the seemingly impossible: the privacy and maximum comfort of an exclusive villa, and all the top amenities. City tax up to 3 Euro per person per day is not included in the rates. Children from 12 to 17,99 years have 50% discount on city tax. Children from 0-11,99 years do not pay tourist tax.
*Payment & Cancelation Policy*
Guest is obliged to prepay 40% of the total amount of reservation upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance of 60% of the total reservation amount is required to be paid latest 40 days prior to the guest arrival date.
For cancelations received in writing after the booking confirmation and up to 40 days prior to arrival day, a prepaid deposit in the amount of 40 % of the total stay is non-refundable.
For cancelations received in writing within the cancelation period of 40 days prior to arrival day, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For no show reservations and early departures, 100% of total amount of reservation will be charged.

More than a thousand-year old history of Dubrovnik made it a cultural centre of Europe.
