On the first floor there are three bedrooms, an additional bathroom, a separate toilet and a terrace with a stunning view of the sea, vineyards and olive groves.
The landscaped outdoor area exudes a Mediterranean atmosphere - olive trees, grapevines and flower beds create a warm atmosphere, while a spacious stone barbecue and a covered table offer the perfect place for socializing. The central part of the garden is occupied by a large swimming pool with sun loungers and a shower, and a peaceful courtyard with a lawn and cypresses completes the experience.
Villa Grey has a private entrance, parking for three vehicles and a fully fenced yard. The entire space is air-conditioned, and heating is possible in the colder months. Pets and parties are not allowed.
