Modernly equipped holiday house near Rovinj with private pool for 5 people

Welcome to Villa Angelina. Our house consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, living room and two bathrooms. The living area leads directly to the covered terrace with a view of the countryside. The terrace has a large table with chairs. One bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is on the ground floor, which also has direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool of 24 m2. On the first floor there is another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a small roof terrace. In the living room there is a sofa bed, which invites you to cosy TV evenings. The rental price includes the use of internet, bed linen and towels. Two private parking spaces are located in the fully fenced courtyard. The villa is centrally located in southwestern Istria, on the outskirts of the village of Brajkovići and is surrounded by a large stone wall. Only 3 minutes from the house is the nature reserve Limski Fjord with two excellent fish restaurants and a pier from which wonderful boat trips start. In the immediate distance from the villa there is also a pizzeria and a restaurant with local specialties. In addition to our guest gift for you, there is our house folder in which you will find numerous recommendations for great restaurants, breathtaking sights and wonderful excursion destinations.

Rovinj is a magical peninsula, on the west coast of Istria, between the municipality of Vrsar in the north, with which it shares the Lim Bay and the municipalities of Bale in the south.
It has a beautiful view of an archipelago of twenty-two islands, the largest of which are Sveta Andrija and Sveta Catherine.
The history of this magical place is woven into the cobblestone streets.
Besides fishing and agriculture, tourism is the main activity of the city of Rovinj, accounting for 30% of the tourist offer in all of Croatia. Croatian cuisine is also world-renowned for its Mediterranean and fresh dishes. A dream of a house. Nice hosts who implement every imaginable wish. The house is in a 1A condition and very well maintained! The outdoor area is completely fenced and mostly covered with a privacy screen. Our two high-quality vehicles were parked safely on the property and that alone is worth a lot.
