Beautiful and modern villa in a small and quiet place Gedići, It is surrounded by a well-kept garden wirh private pool, sun loungers, garden furniture, parasols and private parking. On the ground floor of the villa is a spacious living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room you have access to the terrace with garden furniture and views of the garden and swimming pool. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with bath and a bedroom with a double bed. On the first floor is also a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with double beds and a baby cot, one of which has a balcony with the sea view. Peace and quiet in a small place and nicely decorated villa will allow you to fully relax and enjoy your vacation.

The village of Gedici is only 8 km from Poreč, 7 km from the beach Lanterna (near Tar) and 6 km from the beach Materada in Poreč. The place is very small, quiet and surrounded by nature, very suitable for a quiet holiday. In the nearest town Nova Vas there are shops, restaurants, bars, a bakery and a shop. Near Nova Vas lies the famous cave Baredine. Poreč is a popular holiday destination and is known for the many cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports facilities and beautiful beaches.

We had booked this house for 10 days and were very pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The house is great! The rooms are equipped with everything you need and are very modern. Everything was clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was more than enough crockery. There was even a large freezer. The pool was really good and big, the terrace was very nice. The house is a bit isolated, but everything is easily accessible by car. All in all a very nice house and can only be recommended. July, 2020. (Julia )

The chosen holiday accommodation (Villa Marija in Gedici) corresponded to our expectations in all respects! We felt at home after the first day and would book again immediately if necessary! Note: a small problem was finding the accommodation, even my NAVI couldn't do it. A small approach (plan in Gedici) would have been very helpful. (Herbert)
