This comfortable holiday home in Valbandon accommodates up to 6 guests and enjoys an excellent location, just a 15-minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the nearest shop and bakery. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and a bathroom with a shower, while the upper floor offers three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One bedroom has a double bed and an extra bed, the second has a double bed, and the third features a single bed. Guests can enjoy WiFi, a dishwasher, washing machine, and air conditioning located on the upper floor. The fully fenced private garden ensures privacy and includes a 6 x 3 m swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 m, a terrace, barbecue area, and private parking within the property.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
