Villa Bella Vista Poletti is beautiful villa situated on a private 4,500 sqm property on the edge of the village Markovac, just few minutes drive from Porec and its beaches. Built on an elevated position, this villa offers breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the picturesque coastal towns of Porec, Vrsar, and Novigrad.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 30% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 70% is due no later than 60 days before arrival. In case of cancellation 60 or more days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged. For cancellations between 59 days and the day of arrival, or in case of a NO SHOW, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking.
