The holiday villa Villa Paris, consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a large, spacious living room with sofa, TV, fireplace, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom. All rooms on the ground floor have access to a large covered terrace with garden furniture overlooking the pool and the beautifully landscaped garden with Mediterranean plants. The garden has an area of 600 m2. On the second floor of the house there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. One of the rooms has a balcony. The villa is ideal for a relaxing family holiday.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Villa Paris IV is located in the village of Mofardini. Mofardini is a village, located near Sv. Lovreč. From the beautiful Limski Fjord to Mofardini, it has only ten kilometers. Villa is located on a large estate, along with three more villas. The villas are newly built, nicely decorated, comfortable, each with its own swimming pool, garden, lawn and fenced parking lot for cars. The surrounding area is rich in olive groves, vineyards and bicycle trails. In 20 minutes by car, there are beautiful beaches next to the famous tourist destinations of Rovinj, Vrsar and Porec.
Very clean and good service. Above all, the pool was a highlight. July, 2020. (Thomas)
