In front of villa there is beautiful covered terrace with large dining table and only a couple of steps away in a separated walled and gated courtyard you can find a 32 sqm pool for your daily amusement and relaxing moments. This property is located in west part of the Istria peninsula, county Kanfanar , near to village of Sosici and more precisely hamlet called Bubani. The old architecture of surrounding villages is well preserved, and vineyards and olive trees dominate this area in this Mediterranean environment. Kanfanar and its surrounding countryside is well known, not only for its historical and cultural legacy but for excellent wine and genuine Istrian cuisine. Istria is a unique and enchanted place that has welcomed visitors from all parts of the world for as long as we have recorded history. The city of Pula with its Roman amphitheatre Arena and Brijuni national park are just a 20-minute drive away. Great restaurants, taverns, wine-cellars can be found at just a short drive in all directions. It is a great place to enjoy the food, wine, history and, after all, to relax.

Ideal as a starting point for all excursions in Istria. Extremely nice landlady, everything was cleared up immediately if you had any questions, etc. The small road between the house and the garden, about 20 meters is not a disadvantage, as it is an end village. The garden, pool and pool house are also very nice and well-kept, like everything in the house. Very good and very adequate facilities in the house. July, 2021. (Alexander)
