Krk is a city on the island of the same name, and its cultural and economic center. The walk through the streets and squares of the old town will be enriched by various monuments that rise as proud witnesses to the city's long history. Notable among them is the 13th century Krk Cathedral and the 15th century Frankopan Castle, where various cultural events take place in the summer. Along with them, there are numerous entertaining programs and festivals in the squares, the most important being the city day from 08.08. to 10.08. which has a centuries-old tradition. Along the promenade, along the pleasant promenade, there are numerous restaurants offering local specialties such as cheese, prosciutto, lamb and others, and on the sides of the old town are beautiful rocky, pebbly and sandy beaches. The quality accommodation offered by hotels, guesthouses, camps, apartments and rooms is enriched with sports facilities such as tennis courts, fitness centers, beach volleyball, cycling trails, diving and sailing. The favorable traffic position, as well as the connection of the islands (Krk is connected to the mainland by a bridge), provide the possibility of excursions to the national parks Plitvice Lakes, Risnjak and Northern Velebit.

If you want some luxury on your vacation, here it is! We were a group of 7 and had a blast! You have to be quieter at night because of the neighbors, but that's not a problem. You can go to the indoor pool or to the billiards area with a nice wine bar. We will come back. The contact with the homeowner was also super friendly! August 2020! (Marcel aus DEU )

We stayed 9 days in the Easter holidays in this great house. Our kids were very happy about the 8 meter long indoor pool. In the evening we parents could end the day with a game of billiards in the wine cellar. The outdoor area is super nice. The dining table in front of the grill is in the shade all day long. If you want to enjoy the sun, there are areas protected from the wind. The city of KRK can be reached by car in 10 minutes. A small supermarket with the most important things is a kilometer away.
