The washing machine is located in the basement and is for use by all users of the Apartment House-Maslina. Air conditioning is located in the bedroom. The apartment is equipped with high-quality furniture and provides guests with maximum comfort. Parking space is provided on themain city parking lot, 500 meters from the apartment. Ein sehr schönes und neu renoviertes Apartment mitten in der Altstadt. Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist sehr komfortabel. Alles in der Altstadt ist in Gehreichweite, auch ein kleiner Supermarkt liegt direkt dem Appartement gegebnüber. Wenn man kein Strandurlauber ist, ist die Lage perfekt. Man kann auch zumindest mit dem Auto zufahren um sein Gepäck abzuladen, danach wird ein gratis Parkplatz beim Fischmarkt zur Verfügung gestellt, bei dem es auch überdachte Parkplätze gibt.
