The bedroom consists of a double bed and a wardrobe, bed linen is included in the price. The toalet is equipped with a shower, a washing machine, hair dryer and towels. The guests have a private terrace with sitting area, sun beds and a hydro massage bath (heated in the period 01.05. - 01.10., up to 27 degrees), which is ideal for relaxing evenings with family or friends. The guests also have a private parking, WiFi and a BBQ on theire disposal. The location of the apartment offers you a vacation away from the city noice but also close to the tourist resorts Kanegra and Savudrija that offer you beautiful beaches, watter sports and Golfing.

The apartment is located in a small vilage called Štrika, offering you a relaxing holiday away from the city noise. The nearest beach Kanegra is only 3 kilometers away from the apartment . Kanegra is known for its beaches, water sports and the nature surrounding the resort. The village is also near Savudrija, a little fisher town known for its lighthouse and the love story behind it, the tourist destination Umag known for many events during the summer time, and Buje a small town on a hill known for its history, beer, and the vineards of Istriens best wine cellars like Kozlovic, Kabola, Prelac and others that surround it. Since the location of the apartment is near the boarder with Slovenia, the tourist destinations Portoroz, Piran and Koper are ideal for a one day trip. If you wish to visit Venice you can make a boat or car trip since it is only a 2:30 hour drive from the apartment.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
