The simply, but lovely furnished Apartment Pejnovic is located in the city center. It is situated on the second floor of the residental building and it can accommodate up to four persons.
The apartment consist of two double bed bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a main living area. In the main living area you can find a well equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and all the necessary cooking appliances. Next to the kitchen, there's a dining area and a living area with a sofa and a TV. From the apartment, you can enter a private balcony with a city view, with a seating furniture and a parasol.
A grocery shop is 200m away and the nearest beach is just 500 m away. If you want to be in the city center and close to the sea, you have chosen a great place because everything will be at your palm of a hand.

Mitten in der Stadt

Die Lage ist am Abend genial, da man keine 50m von der Altstadt entfernt ist. Eine Bäckerei gibt es auch, wo man jeden Morgen gute Brötchen bekommt. Der Parkplatz für Bewohner eines Apartment in der Innenstadt ist der Zentralparkplatz von Porec und rund 150m entfernt. Man kann jederzeit dort Ein- und Ausfahren. Am Abend kann man bequem alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind zum Wochenende etwas laut, da sie zur Strasse liegen. Im Hochsommer mit offenem Fenster wird es wohl eher ein Problem sein. Die Hausbesitzerin ist sehr freundlich und Hilft jederzeit, wenn es nötig ist. Wir haben uns trotz des älteren Mobiliars wohl gefühlt. Es ist ja alles da und man ist eh meistens draußen unterwegs. Die kleine Dachterrasse zum Hinterhof ist schön ruhig und ideal für das Frühstück in der Sonne. Vielen Dank! September 2019 (Alexandra)

Die Unterkunft war zufriendstellend. Soweit alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde. Direkt in der Altstadt und am Hafen, also super Lage, da wir fast alles zu Fuß erreichen konnten. August 2019. (Jessica aus Münster)
