Apartment with shared pool in a quiet place Vabriga

In a quiet Istrian village Vabriga, not far from Tara, there is a comfortably furnished apartment. It is located on the ground floor and has its own small private garden with deck chairs and parasols and barbecue, while the pool is on the other side and is shared by all guests and tenants of the building. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower. The sofa in the living room can be used as a bed for two extra people if needed. The apartment is air-conditioned and the kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. Bed linen, towels, final cleaning, use of internet, parking, washing machine and air conditioning are included in the apartment rental price. Free private parking is available on the front of the building. Not far from the apartment there are shops, bakeries and restaurants. Pool isn't in function after 03.09.2022.

Today, Tar and Vabriga, expanding towards each other, have become one settlement; they are separated only by the Pula - Trieste road. Historically, it would be more accurate to say - three settlements: Tar, Frata, Vabriga, but Frata is already a southern suburb of Tara. In the past, these were three parishes, three bell towers, three churches: Sv. Martin, Sv. Mihovila, Sv. Anton. The ancestors of Tarčan and Vabrižan skillfully chose a place for their lives. It is a fertile plateau (112 meters above sea level), which descends slightly to the sun and sea from the southwest, and steeply to the mouth of the river Mirna from the north. There is a beautiful lookout point: Novigrad in the north and Poreč in the south. In clear weather, the Alps can be seen, and from the Tar bell tower the view extends to the bell tower of Sv. Mark in Venice, who confronts him, on the other side of the Adriatic. The municipality was established in 2006, by separating from the city of Porec.
