The villa can accommodate up to 8 people and has four comfortably furnished bedrooms and three modern bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining room in an open concept, which leads to a covered terrace and swimming pool. On the same floor there is also one bedroom and a bathroom, while on the first floor there are the remaining three bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing enough space and privacy for all guests.
The interior is decorated simply, functionally and very comfortably, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. For added comfort during warmer summer days, air conditioning units are available in the living room and hallway, which effectively cool the entire house.
A carefully landscaped fenced yard with a private swimming pool, sunbathing area, deck chairs and a covered terrace with a dining table, ideal for shared outdoor meals, provides a special experience. Guests can also use the outdoor barbecue, while the youngest will enjoy the spacious lawn and swing.
