The spacious and comfortable apartment Dado V, ideal for families with children, is situated on the ground floor of this family house and it can accommodate up to four persons. The apartment has a separate entrance. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen which is well equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances such as a stove with two electric ring hobs, a fridge, a coffee machine, etc. There is a bathtub and a washing machine in the bathroom. The apartment has a SAT TV and a wireless internet, towels and bed linen which are included in the rental price. There is a terrace with garden furniture and a beautiful view of green forests and meadows in front of the apartment. The big garden is fenced and suitable for childrens play. There is a barbecue in the garden. Private parking is in front of the house.

Novo Naselje is a part of the town of Porec, 800 away from the city center and just 400 m from the Adriatic Sea, reacheable by foot. It is located south of the city center, and it's characterized by a number of private houses and pine trees, which in the summer months protect against extreme heat. A leisurely stroll will take you to the beaches in just 5-10 minutes. There is a large supermarket called Billa in this area. The area is suitable for families who want a peaceful holiday, away from the city crowd, but still close to the city center and the beaches. There are a few bars and good restaurants in this area.

Very nice and tidy, very pleasant hosts, the lady from Euro Tours was great, she even took us to the accommodation personally. Mostly a very nice experience in the post season when almost nobody rents anything. (Marija)
