Apartments Anita are located in a quiet location, about 3 km from the town of Porec. The beach is only a 5-minute drive away. Within Villa Anita there are a total of 3 separate apartments, 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. All three apartments are air conditioned, with fully equipped kitchens (utensils for cooking and serving dishes, microwaves, filter coffee machines and toasters), bathrooms with showers, SAT-TV flat screens, Wi-Fi Internet access. Villa Anita is located on a plot with a total area of 2000 m2, completely surrounded by a wall, with parking spaces in the shade for guests, and a beautiful green garden, orchard and landscaped lawn. In the common yard of Villa Anita there is one swimming pool (24 m2) for shared use, as well as sun loungers and a summer kitchen with a table for 8 people, a barbecue, and table tennis for guests' recreation.
Apartment A2 is located on the first floor and consists of a air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a living room connected with the kitchen and dining area. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Varvari is a suburb of the town of Poreč, located just 3 km away from the city center and 4 km from first beaches. It is located on the old road connecting Poreč-Pula, and consists of a bakery, a cafe, a children's playground and a number of private houses. The place is very quiet, ideal for families and all of those who want a peaceful vacation. There is a bicycle path passing through Varvari and connecting Poreč with Žbandaj. The city of Poreč can be reached by car or by bus in just 5 minutes. Varvari are also very close to the area where you can find many supermarkets such as Kaufland, Lidl, Plodine or Konzum. Poreč is a tourist destination known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches.
