When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Peninsula Frkanj with its wild nature, with beautiful beaches attracts tourists and swimmers. Close by is a small peninsula Kalifront where there is a protected forest of indigenous holm oak - Dundo.
Palit on the island of Rab is famous for its beautiful promenade that starts from the bay of Soline next to the monastery of St.Euphemia, to Kampor and all the way to the city walls.

The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking.
