A beautiful stone villa Goran consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower. From the living room out to the terrace overlooking the pool and in the distance a beautiful view of the sea. Beside the pool are deck chairs and a fireplace. The pool has a size of 10m x 5m x 1.3m. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a stove with 4 electric rings, oven, refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher. Villa has air conditioning, which is located in the hallway, and satellite TV and DVD player. In front of the villa in the yard there is a private parking lot. The beautiful Villa Goran is situated in the heart of Istria between Porec and Pazin. The village Rakovci, by the house with pool, consists of many real Istrian houses. In the village there is still a real Istrian ambience. The area is very nice for long walks and cycling. By car you can reach every corner of Istria in max. 40 min. The sea is only 7km away from Pazin. In Rakovci you can go for a walk in the forest and go by bicycle. The environment is very nice and quiet..

For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. Holiday house Goran is located in Rakovci. Rakovci is an authentic Istrian place, rich in Istrian architecture and a beautiful green environment. (olive groves and vineyards). In about 15 minutes by car, you can reach the beautiful nearby beaches and towns on the west coast of Istria. (Poreč, Rovinj, Vrsar). Nearby is the Limski Kanal picnic area where you can find famous local restaurants, jogging trails, cycling trails, and beautiful viewpoints.

Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder jeweils 14 und 21 Jahre alt. Die Bilder und die Realität stimmen überein. Uns hat besonders der tolle Pool das großzügige Grundstück und die Abgeschiedenheit gefallen. Leider wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes auf dem Nachbargrundstück gebaut. Unsere Information darüber beim Reiseveranstalter wurden ernstgenommen und bemühte sich um Abhilfe. Ein Schlafzimmer hatte einen eigenartigen Geruch was den positiven Eindruck schmälerte. Ansonsten ist es ein sehr tolles Anwesen was liebevoll eingerichtet ist,viel Platz bietet und weg vom Trubel ist. Zur besseren Reinhaltung des Hauses wäre ein Staubsauger sehr hilfreich. (Rene )

Mr. Ewouds, 05/28/2018 until 06/09/2018 Had a wonderful holiday in Villa Goran! Key collected in Porec at Eurotours, well arranged. Arrived at the house, that too was top. All the trimmings, beautiful private pool, complete kitchen with beautiful English crockery, fridge with ice maker (also useful) Behind the house is a garage where the washing machine is, good to know. House is ideal for 2\/3 adults. Location is perfect if you have a car. Porec is a 15 min drive, so there are many beautiful villages in the area, a must to visit.Kortom, had a very nice holiday in a romantic and perfect omgeving.Wij will go there again!
