Villa Captain Morgan

Villa Captain Morgan is a renovated traditional Istrian house located in Mrgani, 25 km from Rovinj. It can accommodate up to 8 persons with a total living area of 244 sqm on two floors. It consists of ground floor where you can find a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, living room with an exit to the terrace. Furthemore, one double bedroom with two single beds, air-conditioning, satellite TV and private shower/toilet. The bedrooms on the first floor (attic) are accessible with two staircases, one lead to one bedroom and the second one to the other two bedrooms. The house has a completely closed property of 470 sqm where the guests have on their disposal a swimming pool of 36 sqm, large covered terrace with sitting set and barbecue fireplace, two outdoor shower, a well-kept lawn and two parking spaces outside the property.
