Renovated holiday home with private pool in a small village for 8 persons

Recently renovated holiday house with a private pool, suitable for 8 people. It is located in the village of Hlistići near Tinjan. It consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with air conditioning. The residential part of the house is on the first floor, while the ground floor is not rented out. In the completely fenced yard, there is a private swimming pool( 28m2) available, a brill, an outdoor shower and deck chairs. The rental price includes the use of air conditioning, WiFi, bed linen and towels. Private parking is available and located behind the house. Pets are allowed with an extra charge on the spot. Hlistići are a village just 2 km from the municipality of Tinjan. Tinjan is the most active during October, when the municipality hosts an International Fair of prosciutto.

Surroundings

Hlistići are a village just 2 km from the municipality of Tinjan. Tinjan is the most active during October, when the municipality hosts an International Fair of prosciutto. Although Tinjan has approximately 300 habitants, every year the fair is visited by at least a thousand people. The 2017 fair had a record with over 3500 people in three days.

The house is very nice, located in a small village, not near the beach, but that doesn't bother us. There is an in-house pool, with loungers and even towels. The house is fully equipped with air conditioning. All in one we had a very nice holiday there (Tanja )

All was like described

Everything was as described. The house was very clean, there was air conditioning in every room except for the bathroom. The opposite was pretty off the beaten track but you can get everywhere quickly by car. If you leave the house, you can even secure it with an alarm system. The landlords were very friendly and communication worked relatively well after we (probably with the owner's daughter) could speak English. All in all we were very satisfied and would go again.
