The beach is only 150 m away, as are the nearest restaurants and cafés. A large supermarket is only 300 m away. The friendly and hospitable owners offer their guests two apartments and one room. Apartment A1 offers accommodation for up to 4 people, with one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a dining room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony with seating furniture overlooking the front garden, the marina, and the sea. Guests have access to a shared billiards table and a garden with a barbecue, as well as free parking. It is possible to rent bicycles and a moped directly from the owners on arrival.

Sukošan is a small town located in the wide bay of Zlatna Luka, on the Adriatic Highway 7 km southeast of Zadar. The economy is based on tourism, agriculture, viticulture, olive growing and fruit growing. The town has about 3,000 inhabitants. There is a kindergarten, an elementary school with an equipped sports hall, a medical and dental practice and everything else that makes this place very pleasant to live in all year round, and many recognize it as an ideal vacation spot. The fact that there are over 3,000 beds in luxury apartments, boarding houses and hotels, and numerous well-visited campsites near the sea, proves that this is really a tourist place. It became a true paradise for sailors thanks to Marina "Dalmatia".
