Beautiful newly renovated apartment with private garden near Rovinj

Apartment Stojanovski is located in Rovinjski Selo, only 7 km (10 minutes drive) from the beautiful city of Rovinj. The small village where the house is located (Rovinj Village) is practically a suburb of the city of Rovinj. In the area of Rovinj and Rovinjski Selo, there are three marked bicycle paths for recreational users. While cycling along these paths, you can come across many attractive cultural and natural sights. All trails are suitable for recreational users, and what makes them interesting are the many attractive cultural and natural sites you come across while cycling. In addition to cyclists, the trails are also used for hiking, recreational walking, jogging, walking, etc. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a private house, and the owners live on the first floor. Guests have their own privacy and a separate entrance. Our stay was very comfortable. The neighborhood is calm & quiet, located around 10–15 minutes from Rovinj by car. The apartment has everything you can possibly need for a great stay: nice terrace equipped with table and sunbeds, a grill, and parking space. Although the whole apartment is private, on the first floor in the same building lives the owner (so you can chat if you like) Generally, we had a very nice stay and I can recommend it. (Julia)
