Nice clean accommodation with private pool use. Two double bedrooms. Very good lying comfort on the mattresses. Friendly and helpful landlord. Always available for questions and problems. Located in a local village about 5 km from Rovinj. Quiet location But: Unfortunately, the booking description does not state that the landlord keeps 5 dogs in kennels. There is also a direct neighbor who keeps a dog on a chain and often violently attacks this dog. As a dog-loving person and even a dog owner, this situation was difficult to bear, which led to the holiday in this apartment being broken off. All in all, I cannot recommend this accommodation due to the circumstances in the neighborhood. There are no complaints about the accommodation itself and the amenities there. The service of the hosts was excellent and extremely considerate. The apartment is very cozy and in great condition. A very good option for 2-4 people. The village of Rovinjsko Selo is nice and there is a restaurant and a supermarket nearby. During nights it might get little hot since there's only one air conditioning device in the hallway but keeping the bedroom doors open a little this causes no problem. The distance to Rovinj is about 8 km. There's a bus which can be used, but Cammeo taxi app is also a cheap option. (Miikka)
