Apartment Ivona II is one of three apartments in the Silver holiday house. It is located on the ground floor on the right side of the house and has a view of the pool. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed for two additional people, a dining room and a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The apartment also has a terrace with garden furniture and a view of the pool. The apartment covers an area of 50 m2, offering you everything you need for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. The guests have at their disposal a common pool and a garden, where there is also a barbecue area with garden furniture and one parking space for each apartment in the house. The apartment is located in Varvari, a quiet suburb of Poreč, only 3 kilometres from the city centre and 3 kilometres from the first beaches. Near the house there is a bakery, a café, a children's playground and a famous Istrian tavern, known for its very tasty dishes. Our neighbourhood is extremely quiet and the hours of peace and quiet are strictly respected, and this facility is ideal for families with children, and we would like to encourage young groups of people who still want a different form of holiday to choose another facility.

Surroundings

Varvari is a suburb of Poreč, only 3 km from the city centre and 3 km from the first beaches. It is located on the old road that connects Poreč and Pula. In Varvari, right at the entrance to the village, there is a small bakery and café, a children's playground in the village and a number of private houses. The place is very quiet, ideal for families and all those who want a peaceful holiday. The bicycle path passes through Varvare and connects Poreč and Žbandaj. The city of Poreč can be reached by car in just a few minutes. Supermarkets and a shopping centre are also nearby. Poreč is a tourist destination known for its cultural events, sports facilities and beautiful beaches.

Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung man hat einfach alles was man braucht um den Urlaub zu genießen. DIe Vermieter sind sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Der Strand und die Stadt sind nicht weit entfernt und mit dem Auto gleich erreichbar. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. (Beatrix)
