The room is ideal for accommodating 2 people, as it consists of two separate single beds. The room is equipped with a mini fridge, a water kettle, air conditioning, and satellite TV, and it has a private bathroom with a shower. Guests have access to a shared billiards table and a garden with a barbecue, as well as free parking. It is possible to rent bicycles and a moped directly from the owners on arrival. Sukošan is a small town located in the wide bay of Zlatna Luka, on the Adriatic Highway 7 km southeast of Zadar. The economy is based on tourism, agriculture, viticulture, olive growing and fruit growing. The town has about 3,000 inhabitants. There is a kindergarten, an elementary school with an equipped sports hall, a medical and dental practice and everything else that makes this place very pleasant to live in all year round, and many recognize it as an ideal vacation spot. The fact that there are over 3,000 beds in luxury apartments, boarding houses and hotels, and numerous well-visited campsites near the sea, proves that this is really a tourist place. It became a true paradise for sailors thanks to Marina "Dalmatia".
