Incredibly clean apartment in a great location just a few minutes from the colosseum! Emir was very responsive and friendly with any questions we had and made sure to be there to greet us and see us off, even when our plans changed last minute getting us there at 10:30 pm! Some coffee and drinks were provided, as well as spare masks if needed which was very nice! Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Pula!

Luka and his family were really nice hosts. They can recommend a lot of places in the city, especially restaurants. They help you if you need it. The Appartement is located really good because you just walk 3 minutes to the beach. Also, there are a supermarket and some restaurants close to the Appartement. The city center is also not that far away and you can walk there easily. All in all, it was a nice stay. So we can recommend you stay at the Appartement. July 2020.
The location was great. The apartment was really cozy, the bed was comfortable the bathroom and kitchen were good. The view from the bedroom is amazing, it was like waking up in a fairytale (we stayed at the top-floor). You can also sit outside on the terrace and watch the beautiful sunset. Several busstops are nearby, so traveling to Verudela, Stoja or the center of Pula is easy, but we mostly went by foot around. The pebble and rockbeaches are near, also the supermarket is a 3 min walk. The host was great! She responds fast and is always willing to help. We loved our stay and we definitely recommend this place! August 2021.
The location of the apartment is great, supermarkets and restaurants in the neighborhood, 15 min walk to the closest beach and bus stop to the city center around the corner (we didn’t have a car but that wasn’t a problem at all!). We enjoyed our coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening on the balcony with beautiful sea view. The host was very kind and provided us with a coffeemaker when there wasn’t one upon arrival. Wir waren mit 4 Personen für 8 Tage im Sommerurlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, obwohl wir schon vor der verabredeten Zeit vor Ort waren. Als Begrüßungsgeschenk standen zwei inländische Weine bereit. Im Kühlschrank war mit Wasser und Saft für den ersten Durst gesorgt.
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll und mit vielen durchdachten Details eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber und zweckmäßig.
Die Lage des Ferienhauses war für uns optimal, da wir überfüllte Urlaubsorte eher meiden. Die beiden Nebengebäude waren nicht belegt; wir waren ganz für uns. Bei der großen Sommerhitze blieb das Haus angenehm kühl; die Bäume spendeten bei Bedarf Schatten. Die großzügige Terasse ermöglichte einerseits herrliche Mahlzeiten an frischer Luft und andererseits totale Entspannung in den Liegestühlen.
Unsere Ausflugsziele (hauptsächlich Naturparks, Binnenseen und Höhlen) waren mit dem Auto von dort aus gut erreichbar. Die unberührte und intakte Natur hat uns begeistert. Aber auch der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt. Im nahe gelegenen Ort Fužine gibt es mehrere Restaurants, eine Post, Tankstelle, Geldautomat und einen Einkaufsmarkt.
Naturfreunde und alle, die aktiven Urlaub mögen, sind hier sehr gut aufgehoben.
Ohne Auto oder für beweglich eingeschränkte Personen kann man sich die Nutzung nicht so gut vorstellen. Im Haus führt eine relativ enge und steile Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist durch die Hanglage auch recht steil und für Flachländler wie wir zunächst gewöhnungsbdürftig.
Insgesamt war es für uns ein super schöner Urlaub!! Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens weiter empfehlen.
